the ideal place to spend wonderful time with family and friends.<\/p>\n<p>It sleeps <strong>15 people<\/strong> in 5 ensuite bedrooms , 2 double room and 1 triple bedroom with shared bathroom and separate WC.<\/p>\n<p>After a day skiing,\u00a0 you will appreciate to step outside onto the terrace and indulge in the <strong>ultimate relaxation<\/strong>\u00a0experience.<\/p>\n<p>Take a dip in The Bettex lift is an easy walk, giving direct access to the whole 3V lift system, with a gentle blue run back at the end of the ski day.  The personal service Katia &amp; Cedric give is second to none and marks Chalets Lacuzon out from any other chalet company I have ever used.<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div Chalet is in a great location with easy access to slopes &amp; could be ski to door in good snow year but only short walk to lift. It\u2019s well equipped but just a heads up to take all your basics for washing up\/dishwasher\/rubbish sacks\/soap. The hot tub and sauna were excellent, much used and appreciated at the end of a day\u2019s skiing!! Chalet Lacuzon were super easy to deal with, Katia was quick to reply to all contact and really helpful  with all questions, good restaurant recommendations, ski passes, hire etc. Cedric through the week was also super quick to respond to any messages and sorted our only small issue immediately. The first one three years ago did not completely convince us and we went to try other chalets elsewhere but it is clear that with the modernization work carried out on the chalets, the level of equipment as well as the very convivial space of the living rooms won us over 100% this time. Furthermore, the responsiveness and efficiency of C\u00e9dric who intervened within 1\/2 hour to restore hot water for us is all the more appreciable. When there is enough snow you can just about get to the lift by skis if you prefer not to walk!<br \/>12 adults were very comfortable here, lovely large kitchen\/diner, a lounge alcove with comfy seating, plus a games room downstairs which gave us great entertainment every night playing pool and darts.<br \/>The en-suite bedrooms were very comfortable and the hot tub and sauna great for post ski relaxation.<br \/>Le bettaix is a very small village without food shops so the bread delivery service was ideal! Rooms aren't that big, but big enough to sleep in. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, 2 coffee machines, toaster, etc. well and adequately equipped. Cedric fixed it immediately by bringing in and installing a new oven - WOW!<br \/>What we would have liked differently: There are different types of chairs for the dining area in the different chalets. We chose the Chalet Snow Pearl based on the pictures because it showed the comfortable type of chair - but when we arrived we found the uncomfortable type. Furthermore, the garage in which the skis and ski boots are stored is quite cold. The ski boot dryer installed there reliably dries the ski boots overnight - but when you put your ski boots on in the morning, the boots are very cold. The chalet was clean, modern and well equipped. Cedric is friendly and helpful. All the rooms have en-suite shower and toilet. The games room proved to be popular as was the sauna. Location is great - whilst there are no shops or restaurants, there is a daily bread delivery which is easy to sort, and we did a supermarket drop-off on the day before arrival. The owners are great at communication, they have a reduced price deal with Intersport, the chalets are brilliant and the village itself is lovely. Quite easy access to the main slopes via Bettex lift too.
